April 11th, Picnic and Wings Seminar
Mark your calendar! We are kicking off the spring semester with our annual spring picnic and free seminars on Saturday April 11th starting at 11:30 am. During lunch, our friends from Van’s Aircraft will be doing a brief presentation about RV aircraft. Afterword, at 1:00 pm, we will have a special guest speaker from Lockheed Martin talking about all of the new and upcoming offerings from flight services.. Bring your iPad as he will also demonstrate the new on-line flight planning software they are offering! This talk will count for FAA Wings credit.

Bio: Joe Daniele is a Senior Systems Engineer directly engaged in operational systems support for Lockheed Martin Flight Service. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2005, Joe supported the DoD and FAA on many defense and ATC programs. Joe has 30 years of experience primarily in DoD and FAA Air Traffic Control National and International Airspace domains. Joe is a graduate of DeVry University; a Master of Engineering candidate at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; and an active pilot.

Spring Class Schedule
Our spring semester this year will feature an exciting series of classes designed for students and renters alike. All classes will be held on Saturdays from 1pm-3pm in the Pilot Lounge. Cost is $40 per class if you register (and pay) by the Saturday the week before or $50 to register that week or on the spot.
