We specialize in pre-piurchase checks of vintage, light sport, and experimental aircraft (especially Van's Aircraft).
Rotax Engine Service
Chesapeake Sport Pilot Maintenance is a fully qualified Rotax Independent Repair Center. Whether is is warranty work, routine Rotax maintenance, or trouble shooting, our experts are happy to work on your Rotax 9 series engine. Routine services we offer include oil changes, carburetor overhauls, sunken carburetor float diagnosis and replacement, gearbox removal and replacement (we generally send it out for the overhaul and clutch cleanings), prop strike crank tests, 25 hour inspections, engine swaps, and five-year rubber replacements.
